FREE SHIPPING in the continental US.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the continental United States.

We ship our products via UPS and USPS (for small packages) on a daily bases Monday-Friday, except on Holidays. Orders are normally processed within one business day of receiving them.



Our Policies:

ONE YEAR WARRANTY: Pack’em Products carry a one year warranty for defects in material and workmanship, excluding finishes. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Pack’em. If it is necessary to send a product back, you must call Pack’em to get a RA number and you pay all freight involved. Products that are received without a RA number will be refused. In the case the product needs to be repaired, Pack’em will send you the parts, you pay for shipping. Proof of purchase and photo(s) of damage is required. Photo(s) can be emailed to packemracks@aol.com, and please include order information.

RETURN POLICY: You must call and get a Return Authorization number before returning any product. Products that are received without a RA number will be refused. All freight for returned goods must be prepaid.

RESTOCKING POLICY: You must call and get a Return Authorization number before returning any product. Products that are received without a RA number will be refused. There is a 15% restocking fee. All returned products must be in new condition, in the original undamaged carton with directions. All freight for returned goods must be prepaid. A refund will be issued to your payment method.
